Site for Personal Use Only

You agree to use the site for your own personal use only. The site is available on a subscription basis and accessed by username and password. You agree to keep your username and password private and confidential. Your subscription must be current in order to use the site.

We do not knowingly collect information from children thirteen years of age without the express verifiable consent and permission of their parents or legal guardians. We notify parents via email and offer the parent the option to remove their child from the service. It is up to the user to notify College/Junior Hockey Profiles of his or her age before submitting information to the site.

Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the state of California, United States of America, as it applies to agreements made and entered into and to be preformed entirely within such state. If you, any third party, or College/Junior Hockey Profiles bring any action to enforce this agreement, or in connection with, any matters related to this site and the services and products related to the site shall be brought only in either state or federal court located in San Diego, California, and you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of said courts.

If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any other reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to matters contained herein and shall not be modified except in writing signed by College/Junior Hockey Profiles.
